Fresh Cherry Export & Packing Project

This portfolio project highlights Uniterra International’s expertise in handling premium fresh cherry exports with strict quality control and export-grade packing standards. The shipment focused on delivering high-quality cherries suitable for international wholesale and retail markets.

The project started with sourcing cherries from selected orchards known for producing firm, sweet, and well-colored fruit. Harvesting was carried out at precise ripeness levels to ensure optimal taste, appearance, and shelf life. Only cherries meeting size, color, and firmness specifications were selected for export processing.

Post-harvest operations were executed with care to avoid bruising and moisture damage. Cherries were sorted and graded manually and mechanically to remove defects, ensure uniform sizing, and maintain consistency across cartons. Special attention was given to stem freshness and skin integrity, which are critical for premium cherry markets.

Packaging was done using export-suitable liners and protective materials to maintain freshness during transit. The cherries were carefully placed to reduce pressure damage and preserve natural bloom. Each package followed buyer specifications regarding weight, labeling, and presentation.

Cold-chain management was maintained throughout the process. Temperature control was strictly monitored from packing to container loading to extend shelf life and retain product quality upon arrival. All export documentation, quality checks, and compliance requirements were managed efficiently.

This project demonstrates Uniterra International’s capability to handle delicate, high-value fruits with precision and professionalism. The successful completion reflects our focus on quality consistency, careful handling, and reliable execution for international fresh fruit trade.
