This portfolio project highlights Uniterra International’s expertise in export-standard packing and palletization for fresh fruit shipments destined for international markets.
The operation focused on transforming graded fresh fruits into export-ready consignments using strong, ventilated cartons designed for long-distance transportation. Each box was packed according to buyer specifications, including weight accuracy, fruit count, labeling, and stacking orientation. Special attention was given to carton strength and airflow to protect fruit quality during transit.
After packing, cartons were palletized using uniform stacking patterns to ensure stability and efficient container loading. Proper strapping and alignment were applied to prevent movement during handling and shipment. Pallets were prepared to comply with international logistics and phytosanitary norms.
The completed pallets were staged for reefer container loading, ensuring smooth workflow between packing, storage, and dispatch. This structured approach reduced handling damage, improved loading efficiency, and maintained shipment consistency.
This project demonstrates Uniterra International’s ability to manage the final and most critical stage of the export process, where poor execution can compromise an otherwise good product. Our disciplined packing and palletization standards help clients receive goods in optimal condition while maintaining professional brand presentation in destination markets.
